DLyte 10I is the mid-sized dry electropolishing machine for industrial applications. Specially designed for high-value components with very precise finishing requirements, it combines planetary movement with vertical back-and-forth motion in the dry electrolyte media. Primarily used for cutting tools, precision components, and Additive Manufacturing (AM) components. Also features an anti-vibration base unit.
A combination of three types of movement delivers uniform results. The automatic electrolyte conductivity adjustment system consists of a conductivity probe and a high-precision pump which adjusts the media conductivity automatically.

The combination of precise hardware and software, smart electronic parameter monitoring, and optimal electrolyte media flow control guarantee process optimization and electrolyte media performance stability, thereby ensuring consistent process quality throughout the life of the electrolyte media.
